South West Rocks

Horseshoe Bay & Front Beach – Trial Bay

South West Rocks is a coastal town which is located on the Mid North Coast approximately 40 km from Kempsey.

Horseshoe Bay is a beautiful little beach surrounded by towering pines and is located at the end of the main street.  The beach curves 150 m and is wedged between Point Briner and Monument Point.

On the eastern side of Horseshoe Bay is Front Beach (also known as Main Beach).  Front Beach stretches 3.5 km around to Trial Bay.  This beach boasts beautiful aqua coloured waters and a clean golden sand beach, making it the perfect backdrop for ceremony photos.

These two beaches have headlands on either side that showcase the stunning picturesque scenery.  The headland grassed area is vast, so it can cater for both large and small numbered ceremony guests.

Parking is available to both locations with many spaces dotted around the beach and headland.  There is public amenities and multiple park bench seating.
